Athletic Performance

Our athletic performance starts with a few steps:

Step One: Come in for a no sweat intro. On our first consult we will evaluate your goals, where you at as an athlete and get to know you as a person.

Step Two: Sign up for our athlete assessment. Here we will conduct 2, 1-on-1 session to evaluate your movement patterns and performance markers. This is our opportunity to find your limiting factors, where to start you on your journey and maximize your athletic potential.

Step Three: We tailor a plan that works best for you and your schedule. Whether it is our unlimited plan at 4-5 training sessions a week or just two days per week, you will see results no matter what.

Tier 1

2x Per Week, Billed every 4 weeks.

Tier 2

3x Per Week, Billed every 4 weeks.

Unlimited Tier

Unlimited Sessions Per Week, 1 session per day, Billed every 4 Weeks.

Personal & Semi Private Training

  • Our clients have the options for personal & semi private training.

  • Personal training is great way to gain results even faster as well as having the 1-on-1 with your provided coach to assist with every step of the way

  • Semi private training starts with 2-4 individuals per session and is a great way to get results with either friends or family

  • Packages are available for both Personal and Semi Private training.

Personalized Programming

  • Personalized programming is another excellent service provided for our more tenured athletes.

  • Open gym access allows you to come at any time during our regular hours of operations with provided programming to fit your specific goals

  • Programming is provided via TrainHeroic
